The bungalow consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large open plan kitchen living room and separate hallway. It has oil fired central heating and is furnished to a high standard.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, dining table and chairs.

The living area has a flat screen TV, leather sofa, chair and foot stool, coffee table and side table.

The bedrooms all have laminate floors, built in lockable wardrobes, desk, chair, bedside chest of drawers, bookcase and large wall mirror.
